Conformance

Aligned with global accessibility guidelines

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. There is no definitive test nor certification of conformance to WCAG 2.1 level AA, but we have used a variety of methods for assessing accessibility.

Guidelines We Follow

WCAG 2.1

Guidelines designed to improve accessibility for users with disabilities by ensuring websites are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

DOJ Standards

Logics MD follows DOJ-recommended WCAG accessibility guidelines. However, the website is not Section 508 compliant.

About WCAG

  • WCAG provides standards for improving digital accessibility.
  • These guidelines are designed to support users with various disabilities.
  • They help guide designers and developers in creating inclusive experiences.

Conformance Levels

  • Level A – Basic accessibility requirements.
  • Level AA – Industry-recommended standard for most websites.
  • Level AAA – Highest level of accessibility (not always practical for all content).

Assessment & Compliance

  • There is no official certification for WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
  • Accessibility is assessed through multiple tools and evaluation methods.
